近日，黄浦区检察院以涉嫌贪污罪对原上海老正兴菜馆有限公司总经理高某依法提起公诉。
经查，被告人高某在任职期间，利用职务便利，谎称公司需要现金，指使他人通过虚构业务的方式套取现金，侵吞公款41万余元。
