据交运巴士消息，自2020年4月4日起，恢复日发1班嵊泗专线。沈家湾9:30发虹桥（13:20虹桥发回沈家湾），南站8:20发沈家湾（沈家湾10:40发回南站）。具体公告如下：
上车地址：
上海虹桥西站：（闵行区申虹路298号）
上海长途南站：（徐汇区石龙路666号）
沈家湾客运站陆上站场：嵊泗县小洋山嵊旺—路北
车船联票购票方式：
线下购票请至上海长途客运南站、虹桥西站售票窗口现场购买。
