近日，在栾川县潭头镇拨云岭村，碧空下的民居被一处处生动的剪纸艺术作品装扮，显得充满灵动和艺术气息，吸引着游客参观、拍照。
据了解，洛阳剪纸艺术馆11月7日在该村建成开放，剪纸艺术家通过向农民传授剪纸艺术，带动农民实现脱贫增收，通过文旅融合助力乡村振兴。
