石埠子旋饼历史悠久，制作工艺复杂，口感香、甜、酥，在安丘、诸城一代流传，名气较大。世有“石埠子旋饼圆又圆，香味可口人人馋，堪称面食之佳品，历史悠久美名传”的名小唱。为潍坊名吃，石埠子特产。
