最近好多工人讨要工钱，被判刑。因为恶意讨薪被拘留。那么一直拖欠工钱，讨钱的应该怎么办。我认为只要不破坏人家秩序或者不破坏东西。那就不能称之为恶意讨薪。欠债还钱天经地义。只要是合理合法的钱有权利去合理讨要。要自己的工钱堂堂正正。并不能以恶意欠薪。
