01、上海外高桥港综合保税区正式揭牌
Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Free Trade Zone is officially launched
4月15日：上海外高桥港综合保税区正式揭牌，标志着全国第一个保税物流园区——外高桥保税物流园区正式完成转型升级。该综合保税区规划总面积为1.03平方公里，相较于之前外高桥保税区内只能从事保税物流相关产业，经过此次升级，这里的企业可以从事智能制造、生物医药、跨境电商等各种业态，进而更好地承接外高桥地区的产业溢出。
On 15 April: The launch of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Free Trade Zone marked the completion of transformation and upgrade for Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, the first free trade zone in China. The Zone has a planned area of 1.03 million sqm. Compared with Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, where only bonded logistics-related industries are allowed to be launched, Waigaoqiao Port Free Trade Zone comprises companies in various sectors including intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine and cross-border e-commerce etc.. This could better undertake the industrial spillover in Waigaoqiao.

IFLYTEK Shanghai Headquarter opens in Changning Zhongshan International Plaza
4月16日：科大讯飞上海总部正式入驻长宁中山国际广场，包括2,200平方米的办公区域以及200平方米的展厅。科大讯飞目前已建成1个上海人工智能及脑科学研究院和4个创新业务总部。未来科大讯飞将继续探索人工智能在医疗领域创新应用，促进长宁区健康医疗大数据和人工智能产业发展。
On 16 April: IFLYTEK’s Shanghai Headquarter has officially opened in Changning Zhongshan International Plaza, with an office space of 2,200 sqm and a 200-sqm showroom. IFLYTEK has now built an institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Brainsmatics as well as four innovation business headquarters in Shanghai. Besides, IFLYTEK will explore the innovative medical application for AI to promote the industrial development of healthcare big data and AI in Changning.

China Unicom opens its big data centre in Xi’an
4月15日：西安联通大数据中心正式落户西安航空基地。该中心将充分发挥大数据、云计算对航空产业高质量发展的带动作用，进一步夯实西安航空基地数字经济发展基础，打造数字经济 “底座” ，构建航空数字产业生态链，全面提升航空制造业智能化和现代化水平。这是西安航空基地引入的首个运营商级别的数据中心，项目总投资人民币17. 2亿元。
On 15 April: Xi'an Unicom Big Data Centre has officially opened in Xi'an Aviation Base. It will make use of big data and cloud computing in the high-quality development of the aviation industry to further strengthen the development foundations of the digital economy of Xi'an Aviation Base, create a digital economy "base", build an aviation digital industry ecological chain, and comprehensively enhance the level of intelligence and modernization of aviation manufacturing industry. This is the first operator-level data centre introduced by Xi'an Aviation Base, with a total investment of RMB1.72 billion.
04、格力竞得珠海横琴地块
Gree acquires a land plot in Hengqin of Zhuhai
4月8日：珠海格力电器股份有限公司（000651.SZ）以人民币4.19亿元竞得一宗位于珠海横琴新区金融岛的旅馆用地、商务金融用地。该地块面积为9,759.34平方米，总建筑面积不超过5.858万平方米。此外，根据地块的《发展协议书》，该用地重点发展世界500强企业总部经济。
On 8 April: Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (000651.SZ) acquired a hotel and commercial finance land located in the Finance Island of Hengqin New District of Zhuhai for RMB419 million. The land area is 9,759.34 sqm, with a GFA of no more than 58,580 sqm. In addition, according to the "Development Agreement" of the land, developing the headquarters of the world's top 500 enterprises will be the key to the land.
05、保利与招商联合竞得温州鹿城综合体地块
Poly and China Merchants jointly acquire a mix-used land plot in Lucheng of Wenzhou
4月14日：保利浙南房地产开发有限公司（600048.SH）与招商局地产(杭州)有限公司以人民币65.05亿元竞得温州鹿城区滨江云谷未来社区一期地块。该地块用途为城镇住宅用地、零售商业用地、餐饮用地、旅馆用地、商务金融用地及娱乐用地。地块面积14.11万平方米，总建筑规模达42.48万平方米。
On 14 April: Poly Zhenan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (600048.SH) and China Merchants Real Estate (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. acquired the first phase of Binjiang Yungu Future Community in Lucheng District of Wenzhou for RMB6.505 billion. The land will be used for urban residential, retail and commercial, catering, hotel, commercial finance and entertainment with a total land area of 141,100 sqm and a GFA of 424,800 sqm.
06、世茂工三项目第四次流拍
Shimao Gongsan Project fails to be sold through auction for the fourth time
4月16日：据北京产权交易所官网显示，北京市朝阳区工体北路13号院3号楼1-4层及5幢不动产（世茂工三商场）的拍卖再次以流拍结束，该物业正是贾跃亭在国内最值钱的资产。起拍价约合人民币20.5亿元，评估价为人民币29.29亿元，保证金为人民币3亿元。于2019年，世茂工三曾进行过三次股权拍卖，均以流拍告终。
On 16 April: According to the official website of China Beijing Equity Exchange, the auction for 1-4 floors and 5 properties of Building 3, No.13 Gongti North Road, Chaoyang District of Beijing (Shimao Gongsan Shopping Centre) failed. The property is the most valuable asset of Mr. Jia Yueting in China. The property has a reserved price of approximately RMB2.05 billion and an appraisal price of RMB2.929 billion with a deposit of RMB300 million. Before this, Shimao Gongsan project failed to be sold through auctions for three times in 2019.
