智通财经APP讯，中油港燃(08132)发布公告，根据开曼法院日期为2021年5月27日(开曼时间)的加盖印章及提交的命令，针对本公司的开曼呈请已获撤销。在同一份命令中，临时清盘人亦已获解除及释放为本公司临时清盘人。
于本公告日期，再无针对本公司的任何清盘呈请，且清盘人(临时与否)的委任已获解除。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
