据竞秀区之声消息，7月23日下午，中国共产党保定市竞秀区第三届委员会召开第一次全体会议。
会议选举产生了新一届区委领导班子，贾瑞生、刘相伟、罗鸣远、王波、王敏、谭庆军、周青文、高建坤、刘玉霄、秘杰鹏、徐朝辉当选区委常委。贾瑞生当选为区委书记，刘相伟、罗鸣远当选为区委副书记。
