地处三峡库区腹地的巫溪县，连日来遭遇强降雨袭击。暴雨叠加上游泄洪，造成大宁河巫溪老城段水位暴涨，260多户商铺被淹。当地公安、应急等部门组成联合抢险救援队伍，帮助商户转移物资，将被困人员撤离到安全地带，截至目前，全县已转移安置受灾群众1700余人。
