青岛即墨市粮食储备库原主任黄忠进涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受青岛市即墨区纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
黄忠进简历：
黄忠进，男，汉族，1966年1月生，山东青岛人，大学学历，1983年6月参加工作，1992年12月加入中国共产党。曾任即墨市灵山粮食管理所职工、所长等职。2008年1月任青岛即墨市粮食储备库主任，2019年12月被免职（保留原待遇）。
