据新华社北京10月28日电生态环境部28日晚间消息，10月28日，中国《联合国气候变化框架公约》国家联络人向公约秘书处正式提交《中国落实国家自主贡献成效和新目标新举措》和《中国本世纪中叶长期温室气体低排放发展战略》。
这是中国履行《巴黎协定》的具体举措，体现了中国推动绿色低碳发展、积极应对全球气候变化的决心和努力。
