近年来，随着农村青壮年外出求学、就业和务工人员增多，农村空巢老人规模日益庞大，养老问题成为备受关注的民生大事。针对这一突出问题，无锡市惠山区阳山镇以“我为群众办实事”实践活动为契机，在鸿桥社区试点打造“幸福食堂”，解决农村留守老人、独居老人“一碗饭”就餐难问题。
