二云居士刘文典，政府特许他吸食云土，背后的真相太好哭了。
刘文典喜欢云土和云腿，也就是鸦片和云南火腿，被送一个二云居士的外号。
他之所以吸食鸦片，是因为中年丧子，他非常痛苦，只能靠吸食鸦片麻醉自己，减少痛苦。政府知道了情况，就特许刘文典吸食。
不过解放后，刘文典还是自己戒掉了。
