智通财经APP讯，山东矿机(002526.SZ)发布公告，公司于近日获悉子公司北京麟游互动科技有限公司(简称“麟游互动”)经理欧阳志羽先生因个人原因已申请辞去麟游互动经理职务，辞职后，欧阳志羽先生不在麟游互动及下属子公司担任任何职务，暂由执行董事张星春先生接替其任职。
