伊涅斯塔说：“哈维虽然看上去不是那种性格强硬的人，但他懂得如何掌控局面。”
“他曾经是巴萨的队长，也担任过西班牙的队长，他是一个很懂巴萨的人。他经历过很多事情，我认为他有能力执掌好这支巴萨。”
