智通财经APP讯，筑友智造科技(00726)发布公告，认购协议所载的所有条件已获达成，而认购事项已根据认购协议的条款于2021年11月19日完成，且合共3亿股认购股份已根据认购协议的条款及条件按认购价发行及配发予认购人。
据悉，认购事项的所得款项净额约为2.875亿港元。公司拟将所得款额净额中9000万港元用于与建筑业相关的数字化及软件开发及余下金额用于营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
