智通财经APP获悉，据36氪报道，贝康国际近日宣布收购广禾堂。本次交易卖方为云锋基金与经纬中国，二者全权出售股份。
据公开资料显示，广禾堂成立于2003年，专注于推广现代孕产营养与科学坐月子，首创“四阶段食补坐月子”理念，开创了月子餐外送具备热链冷链双资质技术专利。
