2月8日，正月初八时节，在朔州市二中东区东、和谐小区西之间的马路正中间上，一辆白色车辆大喇喇停着，从早上到中午一直没挪车，据附近市民消息称，前一天晚上，这个车估计就停上了，车停马路正中间，严重影响交通，不知车主公德心何在？
