NVIDIA RTX 30系显卡阵容已经趋于完整，RTX 40系显卡已成为NV当前阶段的主要发力点。据爆料达人Greymon55消息，RTX 40系显卡的GPU芯片已经基本确认。
RTX 40系显卡采用5nm工艺，AD架构，其中RTX 4080与4090系列采用AD102核心，RTX 4070系列采用AD103/AD104核心，RTX 4060系列采用AD106核心。
Greymon55称，在性能方面，AD102核心在1.8GHz下FP32性能约为66.5T，2.5GHz下单精度浮点可摸到90T，是RTX 3090 Ti官宣成绩的2倍多。
