3月24日，教育部留学服务中心发布公告称，疫情期间一些海外院校就同一课程同时开设面授（含因疫情影响调整为在线授课的情况）和远程等授课模式，在此特别提醒留学人员，根据《教育部留学服务中心国（境）外学历学位认证评估办法》，跨境远程国（境）外学历学位证书和高等教育文凭暂不在中心认证范围内，请广大留学人员在选择课程模式时注意区分。
