人民网南昌4月1日电 3月30日，乐安县龚坊镇农民穿着雨衣，在田间忙着插秧。近年来，乐安县为稳定早稻种植面积，通过政策推动促面积落实，对抛荒地复垦复种 、单改双等给予奖补，同时还抓好指导服务和农资保障，确保全县28万亩早稻有序播种。(时雨、黄煜)
