据Deadline报道，PlayStation Productions和索尼影业公布了《对马岛之鬼》游戏改编电影的编剧：Takashi Doscher。
Doscher曾经编写和执导了科幻爱情片《Only》、惊悚片《Still》以及ESPN纪录片《A Fighting Chance》。
《对马岛之鬼》电影目前正在早期开发阶段，由《疾速追杀》导演Chad Stahelski执导。影片是PlayStation Productions在《神秘海域》之后制作的第二部电影。
PlayStation Productions工作室成立于2019年，专注于和索尼影业合作，将旗下的游戏IP改编成电影和电视剧。
PlayStation Productions目前还在制作《最后的生还者》和《烈火战车》电视剧。
