格隆汇4月18日丨种业概念直线拉升，农发种业涨停，神农科技、新农开发涨约6%，敦煌种业涨5%。发改委表示，今年重点是聚焦耕地保护利用、农业科技创新和绿色发展等重点任务，将着力推进高标准农田建设和东北黑土地保护，着力提高现代种业等科技支撑能力，积极探索绿色发展新模式，推进畜牧业转型升级。
