乐居财经讯 孙肃博 6月20日，成都住房公积金管理中心于近日对同城化公积金贷款部分规定进行了优化调整，整合形成《成都住房公积金管理中心同城化公积金贷款实施细则（试行）》。
其中，将购买首套住房申请同城化公积金贷款的，最低首付款比例从30%调整为20%；购买第二套住房申请同城化公积金贷款的，最低首付款比例从40%调整为30%。
