京威股份7月15日发布公告称，公司于2022年7月14日收到北京市房山区人民法院送达的传票，京威股份作为原告，北京致云资产管理有限公司及其股东雷霄、袁媛作为被告的股权转让纠纷一案已被立案[案号为（2022）京0111民初6865号]，并定于2022年8月9日上午9点在北京市房山区人民法院第8法庭开庭审理。本案诉讼请求暂共计1856.07万元。
