当地时间8月28日19时30分许，缅甸曼德勒省彬乌伦镇附近发生车祸，一辆客车与一辆运载水泥的货车相撞，已致客车上的14名乘客中的9人死亡，另有5人重伤。
车祸发生后，大批救援人员赶往现场，受伤人员已被全部送往附近医院救治。
