岳阳市体育运动学校柔道馆位于湘北大道旁市体校校园内，市体校综合馆建筑面积12142.51㎡，项目总投资9270万元。综合馆共三层，地下一层为功能用房，地上一层为游泳训练馆，二层为柔道比赛场地，共设置活动观众座位982个。承担本次省运会青少年组柔道项目比赛。
