核桃黄精红枣汤
主料:黄精20克,瘦肉100克,鸡脚1只
辅料:红枣2颗,枸杞6粒,党参2段,核桃肉3只
调料:盐,开水
制作过程:
1、瘦肉、鸡脚焯水备用,准备好开水;
2、辅料清洗干净,和瘦肉鸡脚放入炖盅,倒入适量开水;
3、炖4个小时,用少许盐调味即可。
