新京报讯 12月5日，据外媒报道，曾三次获得格莱美奖的加拿大知名创作型歌手“盆栽哥”威肯（The Weeknd）在社交媒体透露，他已经为电影《阿凡达：水之道》（后文简称《阿凡达2》）写了一首新歌。《阿凡达》系列的制片人约翰·兰道则在社交媒体上回应表示欢迎，“欢迎来到阿凡达大家庭。”
《阿凡达2》将于2022年12月16日在中国内地上映。
