戴熙（1801～1860），字醇士，号鹿床、榆庵、莼溪、井东居士、鹿床居士，浙江杭州人。道光十一年进士，十二年翰林。官至兵部侍郎，后引疾归，主讲崇文书院。诗、书、画均有造诣，与汤贻汾齐名。其山水画名重一时。
