1月3日，河北邯郸，一女子在一家牛排店就餐时，在沙拉餐盘里发现了一只活蚯蚓。区域经理任女士称，平时都很干净，这次可能是蔬菜没检查好出现了这样的情况，现在已经加强了管理，当晚双方就赔偿问题未达成一致，绝不会推脱责任，目前还在处理中
