1月8日，福州客运段D3291次列车长高雪发现一名男性旅客肩背行李，一手推着婴儿车，一手牵着一个5岁的小男孩，男孩的一只鞋因为跑步赶车跑掉了。高雪担心孩子光脚着凉，立即拿出装暖宝宝的绒布袋，制作了手工“小暖靴”帮男孩穿上。
