2月21日，道里区组织召开2023年老旧小区改造启动大会。
本年度道里区共启动40个改造项目，涉及包括正阳河、城乡、康安、兆麟、群力、工程、斯大林、建国、共乐、安静、新阳在内的11个街道办事处，总建筑面积约280万平方米，涉及楼体381栋，惠及居民3.78万户。
