据广东省中山市住房和城乡建设局官方网站，8月23日，中山市发布《关于明确商品房预售款监管事项的通知》。通知提出，2023年9月1日起，预购人购买预售商品房，只能通过银行转账或商品房预售款专用POS机将商品房预售款直接存入专用账户。
同时，文件要求，2023年9月1日起，开发商在申请办理预售款支取时，提交的收款凭证须明确载明对应的商品房项目名称及工程名称。
