9月15日讯，部分网友在社交平台上反映，工商银行手机App出现无法登陆等情况。15日上午，中新经纬以客户身份咨询工商银行客服，工作人员表示，目前手机银行登录和查询存在异常和报错问题，有接到客户反馈，确实有此情况。此问题已经报送到相关负责部门正在处理，请稍后再试。（中新经纬）
