入冬时节，正是红薯粉生产加工黄金期。连日来，石塘镇金山下村的村民趁着晴好天气忙着生产加工红薯粉。一筐筐新鲜红薯，经过清洗、打浆、过滤、沉淀、晾晒等工序，被制作成洁白的淀粉，备受市场青睐。
