12月3日11时，中国东方航空公司发文称：今日公司上海虹桥至香港一航班飞行过程中出现故障信息，为确保飞行安全，机组按程序处置、备降厦门做进一步检查，航班已于09：59安全落地。公司积极做好旅客服务保障，尽快安排旅客成行。对航班旅客造成的不便，公司深表歉意。
