开山股份12月29日公告，为融资担保，持股56.98%控股股东开山控股集团股份有限公司（简称“开山控股”）质押3145万股公司股份，占公司总股份的3.17%。本次质押后，开山控股持有上市公司股份累计质押数量为243,009,375股，占其持有公司股份数量的42.92%，占公司总股本的24.46%。
