“十年禁渔”实施以来，为进一步做好长江生态环境保护修复工作，江西省永修县在全省范围内率先成立了由退捕渔民组成的护渔队。同时，为保障退捕渔民转产就业，当地发放创业担保贷款近千万元，设置公益性岗位近200个，目前退捕渔民就业率已达100%。
