大家新年好！

2023年上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，始终关注国家和地区发展，关注行业和企业变革，关注人类的共同挑战，以科学的态度、创新的举措、积极的行动来思考和解决问题，更大程度发挥经管学术研究经世济民的作用。

思想先行，坚定初心。这一年学院开展多种形式专题党课、主题教育，赴山河各处，探创新脉搏，探索新时代融汇迸发的力量。以党建赋能业务提升，走访企业实地学习，激励每一个安泰人在各自的岗位上发挥能量。

扎根中国，影响世界。学院稳居中国顶尖商学院前列，国内国际排名成绩领先。再获AMBA五年最高期认证，管理学硕士项目在FT全球排名中位列第12名；QS全球全日制MBA排名中连续五年位列中国大陆前3；QS学科排名中3个经管学科排名全球前50，其中商业与管理学全球第32位，大陆第1；THE世界学科排名中，商业与经济学位列全球第25位，中国学科评级中三个一级学科连续三年获评A+。

科教兴国，为国育人。安泰教授在科研、育人工作中勤勉有为，立项数量创新高，成果丰硕。学院已形成九大研究平台与一个教育部哲学社会科学重点实验室的多平台布局，三大学术期刊国际影响力持续攀升。MBA创业大赛、公司赢利模式大赛、首届科技成果转化大赛三大赛事，与科金创享论坛、深圳产业科技创新论坛等主题论坛聚焦科技创新、释放活力。安泰学子精进学业、活用知识、各展风采，在各项重要赛事斩获佳绩；安泰毕业生积极奔赴国家重点领域和重要项目，在不同舞台绽放青春。

商学创新，砥砺图强。行业研究走过第一个坚实的五年，“纵横交错，知行合一”，学术研究与行业有机结合，带领安泰迈入新的高度。安泰人躬身前行，行业研究脚步踏实踩在祖国大地上，以课题为籽，以调研开路，凝结成累累硕果。五年间，扎实调研企业，行研成果涌现，政策支持、决策建言卓有成效，切实融入行业与国家发展。

产学研用，智力赋能。安泰以上海本部为中心，多点布局。新加坡办学迎来30周年，安泰亚太中心启用新址，交大深圳研究院（深圳行业研究院）创新发展，推进人才助力、技术转移、成果转化，辐射粤港澳大湾区和亚太地区。与众多行业领军企业合作共建，在人才培养、产学研领域深度融合。科技金融，双向赋能。交大中银科技金融学院持续致力于把科技成果转化为推动社会经济发展的强大动力。

社会责任，先行担当。今年学院推进建设低碳型校园，首次发布《温室气体报告与气候行动》，从安泰战略咨询会议（2023）到首届可持续发展论坛，从“她创力量”赋能中国创业女性到“阳光育人”助力少数民族学生成长，安泰积极履行社会责任，学界与业界、理论与实践深度融合，学院动态、教授智慧得到媒体与公众广泛关注。

熠熠星火，饮水思源。安泰校友保持交大人的家国情怀，在各行各业发光发热，为母校和社会的发展贡献价值。今年，4家校友企业成功上市，数家校友企业获得千万级以上融资，诸多校友在各领域获得殊荣、绽放光彩。安泰校友会（筹）揭牌，拉开全球安泰人“校友之家”建设的序幕。全球安泰人服务社会、心系母校，多样化支持学院大踏步发展。校友新年音乐会再次在文治堂奏响，拉开2024年崭新的序幕。

新岁再赴漫漫征程，在《上海交通大学“十四五”规划纲要》的指引下，我们将以更开放的视野、更昂扬的姿态、更坚实的步伐迎接新的机遇和挑战，携手共进、勇攀高峰，向扎根中国的世界级商学院更进一步！

New Year's Greetings for 2024

Dear Faculty, Students, Alumni, and Friends,

Happy New Year!

It is a time that profound responsibilities are placed on the shoulders of higher education institutions like ours to develop talent and advance scientific research in service to our country. In 2023, Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) continues to align our focuses with the national and regional development goals, industry transformations, and universal challenges facing humanity. With a commitment to scientific rigorand innovations,
ACEM has dedicated itself to contemplating and resolving complex issues, and working towards the ultimate goal of improving the society, the world and benefiting human beings as a whole.

ACEM continues to be recognized as one of China's top business schools, with our domestic and international standings remaining impressively high. We are proud to announce that ACEM has once again secured the five-year AMBA accreditation. Our Master in Management program has ascended to the 12th place in the FT global rankings. In the QS global rankings, our full-time MBA program has been ranked in the top 3 in the Chinese Mainland for five consecutive years, and three economics and management subjects are ranked among the top 50 worldwide—with "Business and Management" achieving the 32nd globally and the first in Mainland of China. In the THE world subject rankings, “Business and Economics” has achieved the 25th place globally, and our three first-level subjects have ranked A+ in China Subject Ratings for the third consecutive year.

Our faculty members and professors have excelled in their research and educational endeavors, securing an unprecedented number of project grants and achieving significant research work. The college has established an extensive network of research platforms that includes nine major centers and one key laboratory of philosophy and social sciences affiliated directly under the Ministry of Education. The international stature of our three academic journals continues to rise. The China MBA Entrepreneurship Competition, Corporate Business Model Competition, and the First Science & Technology Achievement Transformation Competition have exhibited the increasing student spirits of innovation. Our thematic forums have been instrumental in stimulating technological innovation and vitality. Our students have excelled in their academic pursuits, applying their knowledge to real-world business, and showcasing their talents across various competitions and industries.

The past five years have seen the robust implementation of our "Two types of scholarship, horizontal (academic) and vertical (industry), reinforcing each other and connecting theory with practice”. This strategy of integrating academic research with industry is being significant in propelling ACEM to unprecedented heights. ACEMers continue to advance implementation of the strategy with determination, providing deep business insights into various sectors. Over the past five years, research has been conducted on a wide variety of enterprises, yielding numerous industrial findings. Our faculty members have been active in providing consultancy and advice support for government policies and are valued members of major government think tanks.

ACEM remains deeply rooted in China, with a strategic multi-point layout that extends our reach to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the Asia-Pacific region. Our College’s Singapore Asia-Pacific Center has just celebrated the 30th anniversary of establishment and operations in Singapore. Meanwhile, the Shenzhen Research Institute pioneers industrial innovation, fostering talent growth, facilitating technology transfer, and applying research outcomes, which not only benefits the GBA and the wider Asia-Pacific region, but also perfectly aligns with the strategy of global development. In partnerships with leading industry players, ACEM fosters profound integration of industry, academia, research, and talent development. The SJTU-BOC Institute of Technology & Finance exemplifies our commitment to converting scientific and technological advances into dynamic forces for socio-economic progress.

This year marked ACEM's inaugural release of its Greenhouse Gas Emission Report and Climate Action Plan, underscoring our dedication to carbon neutrality. Our first Sustainable Development Forum, alongside philanthropic initiatives like "SHE Power" and "Sunshine Education," and our series of research work on post Covid-19 production resumption, affirm our commitment to social responsibility. The deep integration of academic theory and industry practice, as well as our innovative pedagogy, have garnered widespread media and public attention.

Our alumni continue to embody the spirit of devotion to family and country, making impactful contributions across various sectors and enhancing the development of both their alma mater and society. This year, we celebrated the successful public listing of four alumni-founded enterprises, multi-million-yuan investment funding secured by dozens of alumni-related companies, and some prestigious awards won by our alumni around the globe. The establishment of the Antai Alumni Association heralds the development of a home for ACEMers worldwide. The Antai Alumni New Year Concert, hosted once again in the resonant Wenzhi Hall, lifted the curtain of 2024 with great fanfare.

As we stand on the threshold of the new year, we are poised to move onward. With an expanded outlook, renewed confidence, and steadfast resolve, we are ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Together, we aspire to reach new heights and stride further toward our goal of becoming a world-class business school deeply rooted in China.
