山东高速（600350.SH）1月2日晚发布公告，公司已完成以现金收购控股股东——山东高速集团有限公司持有的山东高速信息集团有限公司65%股权的交易，交易价格为25.34亿元。2023年12月29日，信息集团完成工商变更登记，公司对信息集团形成控制，将其纳入合并范围。
