2024年1月4日，教育部党组宣布了有关任免决定，王大泉同志任教育部留学服务中心党委书记、主任；因任职年龄到限，程家财同志不再担任教育部留学服务中心党委书记、主任职务。教育部党组成员、副部长陈杰出席会议并讲话。教育部人事司主要负责同志出席会议。
王大泉，1973年5月生，研究生学历，管理学博士，中共党员。曾任教育部政策法规司副司长。
