2月4日，房地产项目“白名单”正式落地。据世茂方面消息，到目前为止，世茂集团、世茂股份在试点城市申报了40个项目，已经入围“白名单”的有16个项目。1月31日青岛发布第一批项目清单，世茂有三个项目在列。
