记者从黑龙江省公安厅高速公路交通管理局获悉，截至2月28日19时24分，受降雪影响，我省仍有12条高速限速限行。交警部门提示驾驶人，驾车返乡、出行前注意高速公路的通行情况，遇到封闭请从就近出口驶出。
