财联社3月7日电，电力股午后异动反弹，西昌电力直线拉升涨停，建投能源、明星电力、乐山电力、华电国际、深南电A、京能电力等跟涨。消息面上，国家发改委主任郑栅洁表示，前2个月全国统调发电量同比增长11.7%，工业用电量增长9.7%。
