格隆汇3月13日丨杰华特(688141.SH)近日在接待机构投资者调研时表示，公司DrMOS和多相业务推进整体符合预期，去年在产品系列的完整性和市场认可度方面均有进展，其30A~90A DrMOS及6相、8相等多相控制器均已实现量产，其中90A的DrMOS为2023年重点推出产品，今年还将推出12相等多款产品。目前，在PC-服务器-AI-自动驾驶等应用领域已形成完整的DRMOS+多相的产品矩阵。
