今日春分 | 暖风拂面，百花盛开

一夜细雨涤轻尘，桃红柳绿又春分。

春分既至，意味着春已过半。此时昼夜均分，春暖花开，伴随着细雨和风，柳岸青青，草长莺飞。

As the Spring Equinox ( Chinese: 春分) approaches, it means half of spring has already passed. Night and day balance. The weather warms and flowers blossom. With the drizzle and breeze, willows turn green, grass sprouts rapidly and birds chirp and fly.

春色恰到好处，万千美景不可辜负。在五颜六色的春光中，人们走出家门，放风筝、挖野菜、吃春菜、品春茶，以此来迎接这一充满希望与新生的时节。

人们常常依据二十四节气来从事农耕生产。但春分是少有的与农业活动不太相关的节气之一。

春分时节，阴阳均衡。除了踏春赏花，享受户外活动，春分的饮食也大有讲究。吃春菜，喝春汤，品河鲜，以此补充冬季体内维生素的消耗，同时排出体内污物。

Apart from g‍oing out to appreciate flowers and enjoy outdoor activities, food with a flavor of spring is in demand. People eat spring vegetables, drink soup and have sip spring tea to replenish vitamins lost in winter and to clean out our bodies.

春吃苗，夏吃叶，秋吃果实。春分时节，香椿、豆苗、韭菜，都是人们桌上的常客。经过漫长的冬季，河鱼苏醒，大量进食，并开始产卵，此时的河鲜最为鲜美。正如唐代诗人张志和诗中所说：桃花流水鳜鱼肥。

After the long winter, fish wake up and eat a lot to prepare to spawn. It's the best time to have river fish, just like a well-known poem by Zhang Zhihe from the Tang Dynasty (618-907) says that in peach blossom-mirrored streams, mandarin fish have fully grown up.
