为应对“五一”假期期间出入境客流小高峰，5月3日，黑河明水期口岸客运运输正式投入运行，黑河港务局有限公司投入龙客201、龙客203两艘船舶，每艘客船客位240个。
中国黑河口岸至俄罗斯布拉戈维申斯克口岸国际客船两端发船，每天各5班船，运行时间为每日8：00至16：30，票价为150元（往返），并根据客流量随时增加班期。
