北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）5月22日晚间，长药控股（300391）发布公告称，为保证回复内容的准确、完整，经向深交所申请，公司将延期至5月29日前完成年报问询函的回复工作。
据了解，长药控股于5月6日收到深交所创业板公司管理部下发的年报问询函，于5月15日公告称将延期至5月22日回复。
