请警察帮忙讨说法要赌资？
“我在‘小鱼机’上花了9800元只打得2包烟，我觉得被骗了，请帮帮我。”5月19日，张某向富源县公安局墨红派出所报警。
经民警调查，张某玩的该台“打烟机”具有赌博功能，民警依法收缴了2台“打烟机”及赌资12000多元，并将张某和私设“打烟机”的吴某传唤至派出所进一步调查。
目前，吴某、张某均被依法行政拘留。
